Referral Program Terms

Effective: 30 October 2026 · Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms govern Rentouri’s referral program. The program is run by Damian Gadomski, a sole trader registered in Poland, NIP 5213819318 (VAT-UE PL5213819318), ul. Zamiany 8/LU202, 02-786 Warszawa (“Rentouri”, “we”, “us”). You accept them by ticking the box when you join or apply. They stay at this address, where you can save or print them at any time. They add to Rentouri’s Terms of Service; for the program, these terms prevail.

1. Definitions

  • Referrer: a business taking part in the program.
  • Referral link: rentouri.com/r/ followed by your code; referral code: the code in it.
  • Referred account: a new Rentouri account (organization) that comes through your referral.
  • Commission: what we pay you for a referred account’s payments.
  • Statement: our monthly summary of the commission we owe you.

2. What the program gives you

A referral link and code, a QR code, ready texts to share, a dashboard with your referrals and commission, and monthly statements. Taking part is free.

3. Who can take part

  • Only businesses: registered in Poland with a valid NIP, or registered in another EU country with a VAT number the EU’s VIES system confirms. We do not accept private individuals or businesses outside the EU.
  • The owner of a Rentouri account joins in the shop portal, with no approval, while the account’s subscription is active (paid, or within 14 days of a failed payment) and its billing details let us invoice it.
  • Anyone else applies on rentouri.com. We decide whether to accept the application and tell you by email. We may refuse without giving a reason.

4. You may, but do not have to, promote Rentouri

You decide whether, when and how to share your link. There is no minimum activity, no reporting and no exclusivity: you may also promote other software, other rental software included. You act in your own name, not as our agent, employee or representative, and you cannot make offers or promises on our behalf.

5. When a referral counts

  • A referral counts for an organization that has never paid Rentouri, when its owner signs up through your link (the code is filled in on the sign-up form), types your code before the organization’s first payment, or books a demo through your link and, within 12 months, opens the account with the same email address without entering another code. After the first payment the code cannot be added or changed.
  • An organization has one referrer. Accounts that have already paid Rentouri are never referred.
  • Before your code is used, we tell the person that you take part in this program, earn a commission on their subscription, and will see their shop’s name, plan and payments.
  • We use no cookies for this: the code travels in the link, in the sign-up form and in the demo request. If the person removes your code or types another before paying, the referral is not yours.

6. What the referred shop gets

  • On its first subscription: 20% off its first 3 monthly invoices, or 6% off its first yearly invoice.
  • The discount ends for good if the shop changes plan or billing period. It never combines with a promo code: a shop that uses a promo code pays the promo price instead, and the referral still counts (see 7).

7. Your commission

  • 30% of what the referred organization pays Rentouri for its subscription, net of VAT and after discounts (a promo code’s included), on every invoice whose billing period starts within 12 months of the start of its first paid invoice’s period. Commission is in the currency the shop paid in (euro or złoty); we do not convert currencies.
  • If you own a Rentouri account, you earn on a payment only if, when the referred shop pays, your own subscription is active (paid, or within 14 days of a failed payment) and your billing details let us invoice you.
  • Commission is a net amount. You add VAT on your invoice according to your own status (see 11).
  • Your dashboard shows each referred account’s name, plan and status, and what you earned.

8. When no commission is due

No commission is due on an organization:

  • a) that is you, whose owner is you, or in whose shops you are or become a team member;
  • b) that has the same NIP or VAT number as you;
  • c) whose owner sent us a demo request from the same email address in the 12 months before the referral, unless that request came through your link;
  • d) that we were already talking to about Rentouri before the referral. We mark such accounts by hand, and your dashboard shows them as not eligible.

We check this when the organization joins Rentouri, when each commission is recorded and before each statement. If one of these applies, the commission on that organization that is not yet on a statement is forfeited.

9. Refunds and chargebacks

If we refund a payment you earned commission on, or the shop’s bank takes it back in a chargeback, we deduct the matching part of the commission, in proportion to the amount refunded. If the refund fails or we win the chargeback, we add it back. Deductions are settled on your next statements. A negative balance carries forward to later statements; we never ask you to pay it back any other way.

10. Statements

  • Commission becomes available 30 days after the payment it comes from. A deduction is available at once, but never before the commission it reduces.
  • On the 1st of each month, if your available commission in one currency adds up to at least €50 or 200 zł, we email you a statement for that currency and show it in your dashboard. A smaller amount waits for a later month.

11. Your invoice and our payment

  • For each statement, invoice Damian Gadomski, NIP 5213819318 (VAT-UE PL5213819318), ul. Zamiany 8/LU202, 02-786 Warszawa, for exactly the net amount on the statement, with VAT as your status requires: 23% if you are a Polish VAT payer; “zw” if you are exempt; no VAT and “reverse charge” if your business is in another EU country.
  • Polish businesses send the invoice through KSeF. A Polish business still allowed to invoice outside KSeF, and businesses from other EU countries, email it to the address on the statement.
  • We pay within 14 days of receiving a correct invoice, by bank transfer to the account on it. We do not store your bank details.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes and contributions.

12. Rules for promoting, and what you give us

  • Mark every post or message as an ad, at its start, in your audience’s language: in Polish “#reklama” or “Płatna współpraca z marką Rentouri”, never “#ad” or “#współpraca” for a Polish audience; in English “Ad” or “#ad”. Where a platform has its own label for paid content, use it too.
  • Do not bid on “Rentouri” or its misspellings in search ads, and add “Rentouri” as a negative keyword to your campaigns. Breaking this rule is a serious breach (see 16).
  • Do not send emails, text messages or messenger messages (WhatsApp, Messenger and the like) to anyone who has not agreed beforehand to receive them from you.
  • Do not publish your code or link on coupon, voucher or cashback sites.
  • Do not present yourself as Rentouri or as acting for us, and do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us.
  • Do not make false or misleading claims about Rentouri, its prices or its features; use the prices and the offer on rentouri.com.
  • Do not give us unlawful content. Your public name, and everything else you give us for the program, must not break the law or anyone’s rights. We may refuse or change a public name that does.
  • Do not share your link next to unlawful content or in a way that breaks the law.

13. Data

  • We process your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
  • You see a referred shop’s name, plan, status and payments, and your commission. Use this only to follow your referrals and do not pass it on.

14. Technical requirements

You need a Rentouri account, an email address and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript turned on. The program runs on rentouri.com and app.rentouri.com.

15. Complaints

Send complaints about the program to [email protected], with a description of the problem and your referral code. We answer by email within 14 days of receiving them.

16. Ending your participation

  • You may leave at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your Rentouri account also ends your participation.
  • We may end the program, or your participation, with 30 days’ notice by email, for one of these reasons: we close the program for everyone; a change of law or tax rules, or a decision or requirement of an authority, of KSeF or of our payment provider, stops us running it as it is; you no longer meet the conditions in section 3; or your Rentouri account is closed.
  • We may end your participation at once if you seriously breach these terms: by breaking the rules in section 12, by giving us false business details, or by trying to earn commission on your own business or on one we were already talking to. The commission not yet on a statement is then forfeited; statements already sent are paid.
  • In every other case, commission on payments made before the end is paid under these terms. After deleting your account, write to us for your statements, since we can no longer email them.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms only for one of these reasons: a change of law or tax rules; a decision or requirement of an authority, of KSeF or of our payment provider; a change of Rentouri’s plans or prices that the program refers to; new features or new ways to share; preventing abuse of the program; correcting mistakes in the text. We email you the new text at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may leave before that day, and commission on payments made before the change follows the old terms. If you stay, the new terms apply from that day.

18. Transfer

We plan to move Rentouri to a company we control. You agree that we may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to that company. We will tell you by email, and you may leave if you do not accept it.

19. Withdrawal for sole traders

If you run a sole proprietorship and taking part is not part of your professional activity, as the business you registered (CEIDG) shows, you may withdraw from these terms within 14 days of accepting them, without giving a reason, by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing ends your participation.

20. Law and disputes

Polish law applies. Disputes go to the court competent under the general rules. If you are a sole trader and taking part is not part of your professional activity, you are protected against unfair terms as a consumer would be (Article 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code).
