Pricing questions
No, on any plan. On Growth and Pro, moving your equipment and price list into the system and the onboarding itself are included, and we run them with you personally. On Start you set the system up yourself.
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and your data waits for the next season. If you operate all year, the yearly plan gives you 2 months free.
Only on bookings a customer makes and pays for online on rentouri.com: 10% of the booking on Start, Growth and Pro. Bookings your team enters in person or takes over the phone carry no commission.
Everything keeps working as usual. We'll let you know at 90%, and you can add more units once you move to a higher plan.
Subscription prices are net: shops in Poland pay 23% VAT on top, and businesses in other EU countries are invoiced under the reverse charge. The 10% commission already includes VAT for shops in Poland; elsewhere in the EU it is invoiced under the reverse charge too.
Yes. On Growth and Pro we import equipment, price lists and booking history from Excel or another system as part of onboarding.
